Celebrating 50 years of "that one time

came to Cadillac"

In 1975, High School Football Coach Jim Neff needed some motivation for his long-suffering football team.... enter "the wildest group he ever saw" and long, brilliant story short - THE REAL LIVE BAND showed up at Cadillac High School's 1975 Homecoming Game - (the football team won too!)!! It was a week Cadillac would never forget and 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of one of the most unlikely stories in Rock n' Roll history! Our love of KISS runs deep in the Mackinaw Timbers' family too! Brent's (one of our proprietors aka Kim's husband & Maygan's Dad) been to exactly 8 KISS concerts himself and he always lights up when he reminisces about em'. He'd tell you that, while he loved every, single show, his most awestruck KISS memory was his trip to see KISS at their Tiger's stadium Reunion Tour back in '96. Brent passed on his love of KISS to his kids too; KISS' greatest hits could be heard regularly rockin' from Brent's truck cassette player and Brent took Maygan to see her first KISS concert as soon as she was 'old enough'. Needless to say, we couldn't let this event slip by without celebration.
